DescriptionBefore and after photos were taken by the client. For the same reason, these two types of photos were not taken from the same angle, and some photos are screenshots from the video taken before renovation.
The office in Vanak was entrusted to Sarooj Company for renovation to be used as a law office. In this project, due to the client's lack of time, the renovation was carried out briefly in 6 days. The following items were performed in this project:
1. Breaking the visual connection between the kitchen and the waiting hall by installing a bookshelf between them.
2. For the unit floor, due to being on the first floor and parking cold air transferring to the unit, and also to maintain the general color cohesion of law offices, which is mostly brown, brown laminate was used.
3. The unit door was replaced, and a brown security door was purchased and installed.
4. The existing wall-mounted cabinet in the law office was replaced and converted into a bookshelf.
5. To divide the unit spaces and for ceiling aesthetics, a ceiling cornice (skirting) was used.
6. Room curtains were selected in the Zebra model, suitable for the space.
